INTERNATIONAL TREASURY EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility was analyst activities for financing of marketing and manufacturing NCR organizations in Central and South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. These activities included, but were not limited to:

• Preparation of numerous Treasury reports and reports used by other departments including Tax, Legal, Financial Planning, Region Management, country organizations manufacturing, and general Finance and Administration distribution.
• Development of specific recommendations on country financing applications. The Latin America Region submitted a number of these, the result of economic conditions existing in that area of the world.
• Credit and collection activities for the Region, including Current Accounts, International Intercompany Accounts, Loans and Dividends.
• Determination of Intercompany Worldwide Payment Terms. Coordinated the publication and distribution of terms for all Regions.
• Generation of Intercompany Loan documentation and control of same. Performed for all Regions.
• Execution of loans and other forms of financing, often including the application of loan proceeds.
• Issuance of bank guarantees.
• Control of individual shipments into countries with financial restrictions.
• Projects related to the capital structure of individual country organizations.
• Accumulation and presentation of specific financial data for various departments on an as-needed basis.
• In general, acted as the primary interface to both NCR and non-NCR personnel for Treasury activities in the Latin America Region, and as such acted as a representative of the NCR Treasurer.
